StP Accountant

Your Responsibilities:

• Coding, processing and analyzing vendor invoices
• Processing invoices in timely manner
• Maintain payable ageing
• Answering accounts payable inquiries
• Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Responding to ADM business and vendor inquiries
• Assist with ad-hoc projects
• Assistance in month end close procedures
• Assistance to internal and external audit queries
• Other ad-hoc duties at the request of the AP Leader
• Covering for other Accounts Payable staff while on leave to ensure service levels and processing timescales are met

Your Profile:

• 2+ years of relevant job experience required,
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field required,
• Experience in SAP or any other ERP system is an advantage,
• Fluent in English, German is an asset,
• Strong problem solving skills with a proactive, innovative approach to work and sense for improvements
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to be flexible, to adapt to challenging deadlines and business demands
• General knowledge of ADM’s business divisions,
• Ability to analyze and design business processes,
• Ability to provide clear direction to team on required clarifications,
• Create a positive work environment through teamwork & conflict resolution
