IR Director (Pharmaceutical industry exp - MUST)

Reporting to CFO in PRC, you will act as a key representative of Investor Relations in HK and spokesperson of the listed Company.

Our Client is a rapidly growing bio-science Company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It specialises in the development, production, and sale of a wide range of pharmaceutical products.

Description

You will plan, manage and implement investor relations strategies to promote the Company to shareholders through working with the buyside, sellside, media and other stakeholders.

The duties include preparing business performance metrics, drafting the statutory reports and pitching collateral such as annual reports, HKEx filings, newsletters, Q&A, presentations and update on company website; managing investor database; organising road shows, conference calls, and investor and analyst meetings; strengthening external relationship so as to enhance the rating and exposure of the company. You will be also responsible for offshore financing activities and providing feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception of the company.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in IR function with HK listed Companies, healthcare and pharmaceutical industry related are highly preferable
• Strong driving force in leading changes and refinement
• Strong interpersonal skills, team player but capable to work independently with minimum supervision
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, strong business acumen
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
