Your field of responsibility

Join us as the Regulatory Compliance lead, designing and implementing a self-assessment review process for liquidity and funding regulatory requirements across our material legal entities. In this role, you will create an inventory of all regulatory requirements and expectations including quantitative rules and qualitative expectations for capabilities and processes.
You will collaborate with dedicated teams to perform systematic reviews of historic regulatory interpretations and their implementation in order to exploit synergies, maximize efficiency, and ensure full coverage. You will provide a clear articulation to senior management of differences between jurisdictions, their impact on the organization and how these are reflected in internal policies and procedures.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for:

  • Deep knowledge of liquidity and funding regulation across a number of regulators: FRBNY, PRA, ECB, FINMA
  • Experience of working in a large banking organisation, ideally in the Treasury, Risk, Regulatory Reporting or Regulatory Policy department
  • Skills and experience in assurance, audit or regulatory review would be advantageous
  • A team player, able to collaborate effectively across organisational boundaries
  • An organized, structured individual with strong communication skills, especially written, and the ability to articulate complex issues in a simple and effective manner
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives CSJO
