About the role

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver all Global Onboarding implementation/onboarding Projects in line with recognized best practice methodology (managing risk, governance, quality assurance, issue resolution, reporting), where the successful implementation of service resource skills and processes are critical to project success and enabling the TMF contracted Services to be delivered to the client
  • Main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders for Projects assigned. May report into Program Managers as the project requires
  • Ensure the contracted services are delivered, and manage any deviations through correct Contract & Change Management standard (i.e. Change Requests, Addendums, etc)
  • Produce relevant global, regional and/or local project plans to manage interdependencies; aligning with Clients and internal stakeholders to ensure dates are achievable and Project Plans are kept up to date
  • Manage the project end-to-end and all it's deliverables (Internal briefings, Kick Off Calls, Status Updates, SteerCos etc)
  • Accountable for a yearly revenue goal assigned by line manager
  • Adhere to relevant escalation processes to escalate resource issues, delayed project phases, missed deadlines and other planning issues
  • Create and maintain all required project output (Project Plans, RAID logs, Stakeholder lists, Governance plans, Comms plans, etc) - for further specifics approach line manager. Ensure these are all stored in TMF designated tool (i.e. Teams, Sharepoint, etc) for easy access to line manager and back ups
  • Provide clear, concise and detailed handover to back-ups prior to any leave periods. Notify affected stakeholders and comply with local & global TMF country policies
  • Ensure any BAU requirements are set up with the appropriate teams (SLAs, KPIs, Tools, etc), and a compliant handover is performed, such that Clients are not affected negatively by the handover to BAU
  • Attend and provide all required Project updates, providing the most up-to-date and correct details to ensure accurate forecasting
  • Manage the expenditure within the On-boarding Implementation Project, ensuring all costs and effort are recorded and services delivered
  • Effectively manage the stakeholders, incorporating all required project work-streams
  • Ensure products and services delivered within the Onoarding Implementation Project are within time and budget constraints and meet the required level of quality
  • Monitor the project/s assigned, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner and the appropriate corrective actions are implemented, escalating appropriately where required
  • Perform Lessons Learned where appropriate and share with relevant stakeholders
  • Support Practice Head with initiatives aimed at improving and promoting the Accounting & Tax global onboarding practice
  • Team player, support development of more junior team members (if the case) through delivering constructive feedback and support as needed
  • Attend required internal and external meetings
  • Keep up to date with, understand and use the Implementation and onboarding implementation processes and tools for global Accounting and Tax services
  • Ensure the central support teams and/or local offices adhere to the A&T onboarding implementation defined procedures, using the appropriate and approved escalation process where/when necessary
  • Establish and maintain relationships with both clients and TMF local delivery teams throughout the Implementation phase
  • Provide relevant and required A&T outputs to clients as/when required (data packs, calendars, etc)
  • Provide solutions to the client for issues/gaps that appear during the Implementation life cycle
  • Work closely with Solution Architects, Sales, internal teams in order to ensure a One TMF approach

About You:

  • The successful candidate will have demonstratedstrong client facing and project management skills(PMP and/or Prince 2 certification are a plus),accustomed to speaking and negotiating with client C-levels, performing proactive risk management and appropriate contract management ensuring that the solution delivered meets the scope and contract signed.
  • The Accounting & Tax OPM will perform stakeholder & project governance management both externally and internally, communicating with both client stakeholders and TMF stakeholders (i.e. Local Offices, Technical Teams, Management/Leadership, Colleagues and others when applicable).
  • Additionally, the A&T OPM will create, maintain and deliver the required project outputs (as required by department management) to satisfy the correct tracking of the project and updates towards clients.
  • Accounting and Tax Knowledge:The A&T OPM will additionallyhave a background or acquired knowledge of Accounting and/or Tax processes, understanding from a generalists' perspective how Accounting is set up, structure, dependencies, implications, outputs and timelines.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is a requirement, additional languages (e.g. Spanish, mandarin, others) are a plus
  • Project Management certification is a plus
  • Experience working with middleware solutions is a plus
  • Timetable flexibility is required to manage multi-country, multi-regional projects. The company will also provide flexibility in order to compensate that late/early calls
