Your field of responsibility
As a Business Analyst you will work on strategic CFO platform deliveries within the Swiss Finance Change Data Sourcing Team, with the target to enable new product offerings for Credit Suisse in Switzerland introducing globally unified front-to-back architecture. Based on your understanding of the overall objectives and architectural aspects of the programs, you help to ensure convergence of the solution design of owned work packages to these objectives.
You will be involved from defining scope of owned work packages, document requirements, and drive the design approach and syndication of recommendations for solutions, testing of the implemented solution and rollout to the CFO users who you are representing in your work collaborating with other functions across the bank.

The specific projects run by the Finance Change Data Sourcing team based in Switzerland are Front Office driven initiatives with the aim to enable new product capabilities for the Swiss Legal Entities. This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.
Your skills and experience
You have experience working as interface across global and diverse CFO and IT teams in
- Preparing and executing test cases and are used to drive interaction with IT during the testing phase in order to obtain final signoff from CFO users
- Preparing documentation and steps for go-live, including user training where required
- Keep track of all assigned deliverables as well has highlighting potential risk and issues to project management
- University degree in relevant subject
- At least 5 years of business analysis experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry and/or a change organization with a proven understanding of CFO data requirements
- Proven good understanding of financial products (OTC Derivatives, preferably also Loans or Bonds Issuance) particularly able to understand trade life cycle events and how these affect Accounting & Reporting in CFO area
- Experience working in large global projects with proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures
- Strong analytical skills with methodical and independent approach to problem solving
- Proficient usage of MS Excel and basic SQL skills for analysis purposes
- Outstanding interpersonal skills - confident, strong communication skills with proactive work attitude
- Effective time management - able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
