Job Description:

  • Perform daily Group cash management, monitor and manage the Group`s daily cash position
  • Manage, maintain and administer bank relationships and management reports
  • Pepare postings for all treasury operations for multiple entities in multiple currencies and perform month-end close activities
  • Prepare Cash-flow forecasting and consolidation of Group entities and assist the Local Controllers identifying main variances
  • Manage the master cash pool of the Group and process payments within SAP S4HANA
  • Prepare reporting for the balance sheet FX exposure and placing proposals
  • Process KYC requests and bank guarantees
  • Assist in bank administration and regulatory reporting when required
  • Assist in projects assigned to the Treasury function
  • Ensure compliance with all Treasury departmental rules, policies, and procedures
  • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and implementation of policies and internal controls
  • Contribute as needed in the finance transformation programme working with other Finance team members and the wider business to deliver our vision for Group Finance

Requirements:

  • Degree in accounting, finance, or related business field
  • 2-3 years of experience in cash management in corporate finance, treasury, or banking operations
  • Knowledge of corporate or bank-related Treasury principles, transactions, and operations, including cash management and forecasting, wire transfers, settlement actions and bank guarantees.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel with command of pivot table
  • Competency S4HANA and SAC would be considered as beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess initiative, drive, and resilience and be able to demonstrate this within team context
  • Capable of working independently with limited supervision, with excellent analytical, organizational and planning skills
  • Pro-active problem solver with a strong self-motivation and willing to learn new skills
