Transfer Agency Fund Services - Associate 2

As Associate2 in the TA Fund Services, you will

• Report distributions for Exchange Traded Funds, Mutual funds, Collateralized Debt Obligations, closed end funds
• Deliver cash requests for payment activity and preparing Federal wires for client payments
• Reconcile client capital stock pass through accounts. Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all cash flows are in order
• Identifying, escalating and resolving operational issues, as they arise
• Reviewing the capital stock reporting file process, working with the Global Support Services and TA Production support to ensure all Transfer Agent files flow to the fund accounting teams
• Submitting large market orders for dividend reinvestment plans
• Working with settlements teams to ensure time sensitive orders are accurate and complete
• Working on other projects as requested

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• BS/BA required
• Proficient in MS Office
