Your field of responsibility
An opportunity to join a fast paced reporting team in Basel Measurement and Reporting (“BMR”) involved in the daily reporting. Analysis and business partner management of RWA and SCCL (Single Counterparty Credit Limits) for the IHC of Credit Suisse regulated by the Federal Reserve Bank (“FED ”)
A window into the Basel reporting world. Which is currently the center point of all major regulatory developments within the banking industry.
This role will report to a Director who is accountable for IHC RWA and SCCL reporting. And related key partner management under the FED regulatory regime. This role will start with a subset of RWA responsibilities with the expectation to grow into the deputy role for the Director over time.
The bulk of responsibilities include Daily, Monthly, Quarterly reporting and compliance of RWA (point-in-time). And SCCL, and select RWA projections performed during mid-year and year end CCAR.
Responsibility will also include compliance and remediation of any findings resulting from regulatory and CS quality assurance reviews
Support regional New Business (‘NB’) initiatives as needed and driving BMR’s front to back assessment of the NB initiative
This role is encouraged to have recurring interactions with the following groups of key partners:
US Capital Management, Risk and Business: Responsible for day to day reporting of RWA and SCCL, critical in assisting these groups to manage against the assigned Limits
Regulator (FED): Pertaining to regulatory exams, pre-filing meetings, participation in recurring meetings in which RWA and SCCL are part of, regulatory refiling etc.
- CS Internal Audit and Quality Assurance teams
- US Regulatory Reporting pertaining to quarterly regulatory submissions
- CCAR Reporting pertaining to regulatory exams and RWA projections
- External Auditors relating to the annual audit of the IHC financials
Huge opportunities to meet and interact with the Business, CFO, CRO, IT and their management, and close partnership with the global BMR teams
Directly manage a team of 2 - 4 who support the reporting processes and encouraged to increase as responsibilities grow over time
