Position Summary:
This business-critical role will report to Southeast Asia and Taiwan FP&A Lead. Key responsibilities are partnering with commercial stakeholders in the region to drive profitable organic growth, manage standard FP&A workstream including forecast, monthly and quarterly business review, annual operations plan, long terms strategic plan, and ad hoc analysis and projects and territory alignment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Support SEATW financial reporting and analysis
- Provide financial insights to SEATW commercial leader through open order and inventory risk assessment and provide recommendation based on business understanding and data analysis
- Calendar planning to ensure key deliverables for division and country reviews are met.
- Drive forecast calls with territory sales leads. Prepare QBR slide decks for reviews
- Work with divisional analyst to standardize review formats and cadences to enhance efficiency of current process
- Coordinate and consolidate Annual Operating Plan/STRAP to ensure deliverables and timelines are met. Build templates for planning, reconciliation and review.
- Capex Tracking
- Maintain a strong and results driven relationship with all levels of management
- Ad-hoc analysis, pricing/financial modeling, consolidation or related duties as required.
2) Pricing and Sales Operations
- Support pricing analysis to drive price gain and protect profitability
- Identify areas of improvement in special pricing process & drive timely response
- Territory Setting & Sales Attainment Computation
- Develop control procedures and ensure proper compliance with corporate policies over direct and dealer transaction
3) Strong ability to work across the matrix
- Possess strong communication skills and ability to work in a complex division / country matrix structure
- Actively participate and work closely with the commercial team, to support the Commercial Leaders and regional team within SEATW.
- Liaise with various functions including customer fulfillment to understand shipment and order status to ensure forecast accuracy
Education, Experience and Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
- At least 7-10 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills
- Applied knowledge of Oracle E1, IBM Cognos, scripting would be an advantage
- Having country consolidation experience will be a plus
- Able to oversee senior analyst in the team
