Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

• As part of our expanding BioProduction Group APJ Finance team, the Senior Finance Analyst will partner closely with the commercial, sales operation, supply chain and finance team across all APJ counties. He or she will lead the business in consolidation, planning and financial review to meet the group business needs and objectives.

  The primary responsibilities include the but not limited to the following

• Monthly P/L Forecasting
• Monthly & Quarterly Business Review
• Top revenue accounts tracking and analysis
• OPEX management, sales productivity and KPI dashboard
• Investment & ROI tracking
• Annual Operations Plan / Budgeting
• 5-Year Strategic Plan
• Business partnering with APJ commercial leaders to drive business targets
• Liaising with multiple finance /business stakeholders at global
• Ensure quality, transparency and timeliness of financial reporting & analytics
• Drive forecast accuracy and transparency across countries
• Drive automation & process improvement
• Being involved in ad hoc analysis duties for projects

Education

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting / Finance or ACCA equivalent

Experience

• 5-8 years working experience in MNC with FP&A experience
• Prior working experience in matrix environment with strong business partnering skillset
• Prior audit experience preferred, not a must

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Good commercial sense and ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders demanding varied outputs.
• Self-motivated and result driven
• Experience in CMR, Hyperion, SAP is highly desirable.
• Good analytical skills and highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Good collaboration and coordination skill
• Willing to be hands on with analytical work
• Candidate with accounting/finance background is preferred
