Supply Chain Finance Business Partner:
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to generate key assumptions and drivers for decision support, independently conduct ad hoc data analysis to identify business insights and observations
- Facilitate the weekly and monthly reporting of financial metrics, dashboards and scorecards for the operations team, ensuring timely information and insights to drivers of key variances.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of reporting and analytical processes to drive productivity and efficiency.
- Analysis and ad hoc support on Inventory critical metric improvement projects
Commercial Finance Business Partner for services business:
- Provide financial leadership and be an active partner to the Leadership Team, combining business strategy support and counsel with regards to long-term and short-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts. Utilize forward-looking models and analyses to provide insights into the organization’s plans and operating budgets
- Contribute as a Team Member on Consolidation, Analysis and Reporting of Spends /Strategic Plans/Annual Operating Plans
- Support the MBR/QBR (Monthly/Quarterly Business Review) process and consolidate countries’ inputs in readiness for review with IES Global.
- Design standardized financial reporting, streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Investigate and validate variations in the financial metrics in order to recommend and assist in business decisions that result in improved financial results.
- Collaborate with country IES leaders and Finance to implement identified corrective actions to achieve business targets
- Lead and implement practical process improvements and digital automation
- Develop analytical tools, leveraging on systems/automation, to support the IES business
- Deliver on ad hoc projects to support business growth initiatives
Keys to Success:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent professional accounting qualification in Accounting, Finance, ACCA/CPA
Experience
- 6 to 8 years of proven experience in FP&A covering areas of financial analysis, planning, budgeting, and project management
- Experience in Business Partnering, Process Improvement/Digital Automation projects
- Overview and understanding of ERP systems preferably SAP and HFM
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Possess solid knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint and PowerBI
- Ability to deal with organizational complexity and to take care of several tasks concurrently
- A "hands on" proactive and self-driven attitude is required; who enjoys challenges and thrives in a fast changing and demanding environment.
- Customer oriented mind with integrity, proven analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to interact and influence senior management level
