Accounts
- Full set of accounts for monthly clients
- Liaise with clients to finalise accounts
- Prepare accounting schedules for audit and FS preparation
- Liaise with auditors on client accounts
- Liaise with tax agents on clients accounts
- Ensure clients accounting deadlines are met
- Ensure clients tax deadlines are met
- Ensuring clients GL and schedules are prepared accordingly
- GST /SST preparation and deadlines met
- Prepare FS and assist in audit when necessary
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
- Full-fill role of Controller of Accounts (Monthly accounts)
Audit/FS Preparation
- In-charge of special audit jobs - planning, work allocation, case review, final analysis, analytical reviews and preparation of final reports
- Prepare FS and other management financial reports
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor/Reporting Office (RO)
- Responsible for client documents handover and movement
- Ensure all clients accounting schedules, documents are filed accordingly
Administrative
- Responsible for client documents handover and movement
- Assisting in assessment of new jobs and work scoping
- Lead, oversee and review accounting jobs and all work undertaken by team
- Assist Accounts Managers and/or other managers in Operations Department
- Covering officer for client servicing (Senior Associate)
- Ensure client's communication are being attended to by operations department (including assignment of tickets and correspondences of all kind)
- Ensure all bills are raised timely
- Assist in training of company personnel
