Job Description

As our Teams are growing, we are looking for a Financial Analyst to support the UK and EMEA regions across management and general accounting, financial analysis, reporting, forecasting and the conversion of data into management information.

Here is what your main responsibilities will look like:
• Production of pre-defined (monthly, quarterly and annual) and ad hoc management information reports, ensuring work is completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Assembling, analysing and reporting financial information in response to requests from the wider finance function and the business
• Ensuring financial data is complete, accurate and all transactions are consistent with Experian's accounting policies and IFRS
• Ensuring correct allocation of costs
• Owning selected balance sheet accounts and provide reconciliations/analysis to them
• Provide review and analysis of headcount
• Provide regular reports to stakeholders and clearly articulate the drivers for variances to budget and forecast
• Produce accurate monthly cost forecasts and annual budget

Qualifications

In order to be successful in your new role, you need to have:
• Prior planning, analysis and reporting experience in a multi-national business environment
• Prior experience with general financial accounting/financial analysis in a multi-national business environment
• Good understanding of financial management information
• Ability to be proactive and work independently, with the skill to adapt and drive change where necessary
• Technical accounting skills and proficiency with Excel
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant business field
• Knowledge of systems such as Oracle, Hyperion and OBIEE will be considered as advantage
• Very good level of verbal and written English
