An Assistant Controller is needed for a fast growing and international company in the life science sector. The intention is that the candidate eventually grows into the position of Financial Controller.
Location- Amstelveen

Description
WHAT WILL YOU DO?Keep track of the Debtor and Creditor activities + Payment preparation.
Assisting the controller in all business reviews.
Be Proactivily involved in financial processes improvement.
Prepare:
- VAT returns
- Inter-company reconciliations
- Income processing, majority automated
Profile
The successfull candidate would need to have:
EDUCATION BACKGROUND- HBO level, preferably Accounting and/or Finance. Strong numerical insight
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience
SOFTWARE SKILLS: Strong command of MS Office applications and ERP packages, experience with Exact Globe and Synergy is very valued.
SOFT SKILLS- Good communication and social skills. Able to work independently and autonomously but is also approachable and willing to become better by learning.
LANGUAGE SKILLS- English Fluent and professional level Dutch. French is a strong plus also ( Benelux and France are operating countries of the group)
