The Managing Consultant is responsible for leading multiple engagement teams, work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services and manage business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Engagement Management and Client Relations • Design the program for the execution of engagements, including the preparation of activity and staffing plans • Implement the deployment of the team members and the allocation of work assignments among team members according to the program • Ensure the proper execution of plans by conducting timely review of work by team members and discussing issues with the appropriate staff and client personnel • Integrate report prepared by team members and check the same for thoroughness, completeness, and compliance with quality standards (e.g., composition, format, grammar, etc.) • Ensure that clients are properly informed of issues relevant to the engagement, and that relevant and appropriate client feedback is incorporated in the conduct of the engagement • Under the supervision of the Advisory Partner, resolve issues, both internal to the engagement team and in relation with the client • Ensure good client relationship at all times • Monitor actual time charges against approved budget and initiate appropriate action to resolve any potential or actual problems • Review drafts of reports prepared by the team members • Ensure timely completion and submission of deliverables to clients, and • After the conduct of an engagement, obtains feedback from the client with regard to the overall execution of the engagement and discusses the client’s feedback with the Advisory Partner Practice Development Functions • Inform the Advisory Partner of any leads that could result in Advisory Services Division engagements • Provide inputs to the Advisory Partner for further development of the Firm’s revenue base • Attend meetings with potential clients, together with the Advisory Partner • Under the supervision of the Advisory Partner, prepares the proposed approach and methodology for prospective engagements and initiates brainstorming with the prospective engagement team members • Supervise the preparation of drafts of proposals for the review of the Advisory Partner • Ensure the timely submission of proposals and obtains feedback from prospective clients regarding submitted proposals, and • Initiate reporting of Advisory Services Division proposals issued and accepted to the Office of the Chairman and to the Accounting Division People Management and Administrative Functions • Participate in staff recruitment through the conduct of interviews and examinations • Provide work and career mentoring to the staff of the Advisory Services Division • Accomplish and discuss Performance Review Reports (PRRs) for team members • Initiate the opening of engagement codes, and ensure timely billing of clients and following up of payments for such billings • Initiate the close-out of engagements and oversee compilation of work papers for turn over to the Central Files and archives • Monitor the Lead Consultants in updating the Power pack and the archive system for the Advisory Services Division • Undertake other projects and perform various administrative work as may be assigned by the Advisory Partners
QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or other related fields (although work experience is more important) • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Financial Consultant (CFC), and/or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) • Must have an experience in Transaction Advisory Services. • At least six years of relevant work experience in Business risk and consulting services (internal audit, governance and risk management, operational improvement, change and program management, IT management, and business intelligence and analytics); Transaction services (M&A advisory, capital markets, project financing, due diligence, and valuation); and/or, Forensic and fraud solutions, three years of which in supervisory position • Superior quantitative and analytical reasoning PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate across all levels and functions in the organization • Superior report writing and presentation skills • Strong account and client management acumen • Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment
