We have an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking finance professional to join our Offer & Sourcing (O&S) finance team as our O&S Cost Finance Business Partner in Paddington. The O&S Cost team handles an annual budget of c£140m which will require you to partner closely with senior stakeholders to understand the needs of the business ensuring spend aligns to the strategic objectives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own the O&S cost base, responsible for monthly analysis of actuals against forecast & managing risks and opportunities ahead of submission to Group FP&A. Lead monthly P&L update meetings with O&S Finance Director Run the strategic planning, budgeting & forecast cycles Business partner non-finance stakeholders to provide monthly analysis and support on adhoc projects. Project work including tracking cost savings, transfer pricing and implementation of a rolling forecast

What experience you’ll bring:

• Qualified accountant – CIMA/ACCA or ACA Proven experience in partnering with senior colleagues up to Director/Board level Audit, analytical or FP&A experience either in-house or from an accountancy firm Excellent excel and analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset
