I am working with my client, in recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join their Accountancy Team near Crawley
Description
- Ensuring all monies are banked on a daily basis
- Ensuring any Sales/Purchase/Nominal Ledger transfers are completed.
- Processing all relevant transactions including warranty credit notes
- Sales Ledger invoices and ensuring payments are made in line with supplier's terms
- Reconciling all individual purchase ledger accounts to supplier statements
- Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all Retail personnel
- Providing the Financial Controller with necessary cashflow data
Profile
- Good Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Works well in a team and independently
- Undertaking all training and development to improve job-related skills
- Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships internally and externally
