This position will mostly involve remote working, however travel to the office on occasion will be required. The office is based in Liverpool City Centre, and the position will report directly to the Credit Control Team leader. The finance function of the organisation is large scale, and plenty of opportunities may arise for the successful candidate.

Description
The day to day duties of the Credit Control Administrator will include;
- Ensuring monies owed are collected in a timely fashion
- Chasing debt via telephone and email
- Maintaining the financial software system
- Responding to and resolving queries
- Running reports for aged debt
- Processing invoices and credit notes
- Additional ad hoc administrative duties
Profile
The successful candidate will ideally have worked within a Credit Control team before, and will have a track record of efficiency in previous positions. A keen eye for numerical data would be beneficial, along with a good working knowledge of Accounts. Strong IT skills are essential, along with an organised approach to a complex workload.
