HR and Payroll Executive
- Managing & administration of the clients end-to-end payroll.
- Responsibility for payroll processing and administration for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
- Maintains clients employees confidential and protects payroll operation by keeping information confidential.
- Prepare and remit monthly payroll and statutory contributions.
- Prepare Salary Analysis Report and other related report for Management and government authorities.
- Prepare letter of appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer and other employment related letters.
- Source candidates to determine their suitability based on job requirements.
- Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview.
- Post job advertisements to various platforms.
- Maintaining the candidate database and promoting jobs to new/existing candidates.
