Billing Specialist

A vacancy exists for a Billing Specialist within the Cork Finance Department for a 12 month contract. This role will be part of the Sales Invoicing Team and will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to gain varied experience in a busy invoicing environment. The main areas of responsibility include: Tracking Client Purchase Orders Calculation and verification of charge-out rates Issuing of Sales Invoices using PM Group's Accounting Software (Agresso) Providing updates to Project Managers Liaising with various Department and Project Managers on a regular basis Preparation of the monthly accruals for the relevant business unit for submission to the Management Accountant Monthly reconciliation of billing trackers to the Agresso system Scanning & filing Sales invoices Complete / assist in miscellaneous reporting and reconciliations Provide additional support if required in the areas of Timesheets, Accounts Receivable and Monthly Management  Accounts Requirements: 1 to 3 years' experience in a similar position Ability to build internal and external business relationships Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and ability to work to strict month end deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) Previous experience of Agresso Business World would be an advantage
