Our client, who are based just outside Hertford, are looking for an Accounts Assistant.
The primary objective of this role is to provide support to other roles in the Finance Department, this will mean having a good base knowledge of basic accounts duties and ideally.
You will be AAT qualified, part qualified or qualified by experience.
This role is working in a team of five and reports into the Finance Manager.

Key duties of the role:
- Verification checks on new supplier accounts
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets and data
- Assist the Purchase Ledger Clerk
- Enter Supplier invoices
- Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
- General support to the rest of the Accounts team
