The job: Business Analyst - Hybrid working
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join us on a permanent basis at our site in Inchinnan. In this role the successful candidate will assume responsibility for the support and design of all the requirements related to order to cash process mainly in the ERP space of Oracle JD Edwards for production support and projects. This position sits as part of the LSLPG EMEA OTC Commercial IT team and is an exciting career-growth opportunity for the right candidate. This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders on a global scale, offering exposure to large-scale projects.

What will you do?
- Gather user requirements to develop solutions and alternatives.
- Participate in and/or lead requirements and design.
- Translate user requirements into user requests and program specifications and document these business requirements and process flows.
- Partner with systems analysts on technical design and coordinate development work with development teams.
- Publish communication related to the deployment of new functionality
- Develop training outlines for end-users when required
Who we are looking for:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT work experience acceptable
- Extensive knowledge and experience of E1 ERP System
- Knowledge of SAP and/or AS400 JDE World advantageous
- Strong analytical and tech skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Strong interpersonal and excellent documentation skills are a must.
