Your role: Help develop Balance Sheet (BS) reconciliation quality standards Take ownership in investigating, identifying and clearing unreconciled balance sheet amounts Provide guidance and train site Accountants to implement best practice in Balance Sheet reconciliation process Support 3rd party service resolving BS issues Ensure compliance with corporate policies across BS reconciliations Drive standardisation of BS recs and application of accounting procedures and calculations across multiple sites Your background: Degree in Business or Accounting with a recognised accounting qualification 3+ years PQE in a financial/technical reporting role in a finance shared services function Experience with 3rd party outsource providers preferred Big 4 audit background would be beneficial Fastnet has a strict confidentiality policy - please be assured that your details will never be forwarded to any third party without your consent.
