Do you believe that variety is the spice of life?
If you love broad Risk & Compliance roles, then you'll love this one. Here you'll not only be supporting the Head of Risk in the continuous improvement of the Risk Management Framework, but also supporting the Head of Compliance in ensuring the firm maintains compliance with existing and emerging regulatory rules and guidelines.
You'll be performing horizon scanning one day and then executing both Risk and Compliance Monitoring the next. You'll also provide 2nd line support and challenge on all incidents and breaches, using your keen investigative skills to identify root causes and then offering guidance and advice to reduce the risk of recurrence.
You'll be working for a very successful Financial Services provider with a reputation for excellence and exemplary customer service. They're also very well regarded as an employer, being particularly employee-centric with a senior management team that's regularly praised for its leadership and clarity of communication.
You'll have experience in either a Risk Management or Compliance role (or both) within a Financial Services business, ideally with experience of insurance / income protection products. You'll have a good understanding of FCA regulations and will have a proven track record of CPD throughout your career.
