A fantastic permanent opportunity for a full time Billing Specialist role based in Macclesfield with fully remote working available.

Description
The duties include:
- Understands how billing system works and how data flows between CRM and ERP systems
- Review and approve customer subscriptions prior billing
- Manage all billing aspects of a dedicated portfolio of 50~120 accounts, representing $500K~$1M in monthly invoices
- Provide billing support to remaining non-dedicated accounts, in conjunction with other team members. Support includes, but not limited to issue credit memo, process cancellation, rebill of invoices, etc
- Communicate with internal and external clients to resolve billing questions
- Reconcile and analyse billing variance for the dedicated portfolio of account
- Contribute to the team's mission to improve data flows, optimising our processes, and ensuring accounting output is accurate.
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
- Be a strong communicator with great attention to detail - Essential
- Have intermediate Excel skills - Essential
- Be able to wok in a fast paced environment - essential
