Leading the Transactional Team, responsible for month end close and business partnering regional site Leads.

Description
The Financial Controller will manage a small team ( AR Mgr, Payroll Mgr, and 2 Accounts Assistants)
You will be responsible for month end/ monthly management accounts and when required, be liaison for external audit.
Profile
We're looking for a Financial Controller with excellent interpersonal skills and experience managing a team covering transactional processes.
You will have experience of monthly management account preparation and closing month end.
Experience of Sage 50 would be ideal.
3 days per week in the office near Oxford, parking is available.
