Description

The successful Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for:

• Processing of invoices and payments
• Payment runs
• Sales Invoices
• Cash Receipts
• Reconciliations of Petty Cash
• Daily Bank reconciliations
• Reconciliations of Expenses
• Month End Procedures
• Reconciling supplier's monthly statements

Profile

The successful Accounts Payable Clerk will:

• Be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of Accounts Payable
• Excel Intermediate to Advance - Including Pivot tables and Vlookups
• AAT Qualified not essential; studying would be supported
• A proactive attitude to work
• Attention to detail
• A true self starter
• A team Player
• Strong communicator both written and verbal
