The Treasury Global Process Owner/Transformation Office works closely with stakeholders to define, drive and execute end-to-end process design and implementation efforts across Citi Treasury activities. The team leads Treasury's regulatory agenda and internal reviews to identify priorities, coordinate efforts, track progress and define and implement best practices.

This position will report to the Citi Treasury Transformation Manager and will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders within Treasury, Finance functions, infrastructure partners in EIO&T and business partners in ICG and GCB to drive the International Citi Treasury change agenda.
  • Participate and co-ordinate activities with respect to regulatory reviews ensuring expectations are clearly communicated, understood and met
  • Support internal productivity and transformation initiatives; actively seeking process standardization across International Treasury organization
  • Participate in and assist global strategy, acting as project representative for International Treasury
  • Assist in setting business and information architecture standards for Finance
  • Participate in program of projects including planning, governance, progress tracking and execution
  • Provide project oversight and input to ensure timely resolution of risks and issues
  • Contribution to robust self-assessment framework resulting from change activities
  • Develop and support implementation of Treasury process design, in line with, Global Finance transformation standards and Citi policy
  • Support internal clients on the implication of business trends, issues, operating environment changes and firm or business strategy
  • Identify gaps in current process design and implement necessary changes
  • Assist with internal audit on project reviews and ensure timely resolution of identified issue

Experience & Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Finance or Operational/Technology function
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
  • Strong and demonstrated execution skills with a proven track record of operating in a large global business with process transformation including technology integration
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and prioritize appropriately
  • Provide oversight of milestones and input to ensure consistent and timely delivery
  • Ability to lead and drive change through creative thinking and pragmatism
  • Strong Influencing skills with the ability to mediate discussions and draw consensus
  • Outstanding analytical, strategic and problem solving skills
