Strong branding in the Fintech market. This crypto start-up has been expanding globally aggressively. Currently, they are looking for a self-motivated GL Accountant to join their finance team of high caliber professionals, who received training from the top global firms.

about the job

Reporting to the Finance Director based in Singapore, you will be responsible for the daily GL operations for the Singapore entities in the Group. You will also be responsible for timely and accurate creation and reporting of balance sheets, intercompany transactions, setup of financial reporting statements as well as other ad hoc projects and duties. The ideal candidate is one who is independent and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment due to the nature of the industry.

skills and experience required

Minimally a recognised diploma in accounting or LCCI or relevant with at least 1-2 years of accounting experience. Prior experience working in a Fintech, internet or ecommerce company will come as a strong advantage for the role. Bilingualism in Mandarin Chinese and English is important as you may be required to liaise with stakeholders in China (Reporting is done in English). Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite.
