Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales backlog report to support weekly forecast
- Weekly tracking large instrument unit forecast to help commercial team improve the forecast accuracy in terms of product mix and quantity
- Weekly refresh revenue/booking performance by sales rep via Power BI to help business improve the pacing of revenue and booking
- Maintain and develop sales dashboard report in Power BI to cater for commercial leader’s requirement
- Implement the accounting rules of revenue recognition criteria and perform the monthly/quarterly review to comply with the specific rules (90-days policy and partial shipment)
- Various analysis of booking and revenue by market segment by country by product line
- Assist in revenue/booking forecast and planning activities
- Support Price discount approval process
- Any other ad-hoc projects / tasks assigned by APAC CMD Finance Director
Qualifications/Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accountancy, Finance or equivalent
- Strong finance analytical skills
- Microsoft Excel® skills
- Capability of multi-tasking and prioritizing projects/tasks
- Good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
