Finance and Administration Manager - SME - Huizingen

The Finance & Administration Manager will report directly to the Managing Director for Belgium and will be in charge of the A to Z financial & administrative tasks for the 4 companies with a Belgian scope.

Our client is a small production company (< 10 M€ turnover) part of an international group.

In order to support their growth, we are currently looking for a Finance & Administration Manager for their Belgian entity composed of 4 companies.

Their Belgian offices are located in Huizingen.

Description

The Finance & Administration Manager will report directly to the Managing Director for Belgium as well as to the Group Finance Director.

His / her main tasks will consist in :

• Being responsible for the A to Z accounting for the 4 companies
• Managing one Senior Accountant
• Being in charge of the monthly and yearly closings
• Being responsible for the preparation of the Financial Statements in BEGAAP
• Ensuring a good treasury and cash-flow management
• Acting as a Finance Business Partner for the different services (business, production)
• Analyzing the full P&L as well as the variances
• Providing a monthly reporting to the group
• Being in charge of the budgets & forecasts
• Acting as a point of contact for the external auditors
• Being responsible for all the administrative and HR aspects (follow-up with social secretary)
• Participating to ad-hoc activities (liquidation of a company, investments, …).

Profile

The ideal Finance & Administration Manager will meet the following criteria :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accountant / Chief Accountant / Finance Manager
• Good knowledge of BEGAAP & tax
• Fluent in Dutch & French with a good level of English
• Good Excel skills
• Hands-on
• Autonomous
• Motivated to evolve in a dynamic SME.
