Your field of responsibility

An outstanding opportunity to join us in this role, Global Treasury manages a portfolio of non financial risks. The Functional Risk and Control Office (FRCO) for Treasury is responsible for ensuring a robust framework for managing non-financial risk (including a strong control culture, landscape and governance).

  • Specifically this FRCO role will focus on the Treasury Execution function
  • Be responsible for working with the functional Treasury Execution to ensure the robustness of Policy, Framework, Roles & Responsibilities, Governance and Controls
  • Ensuring the robustness of key control documentation and control effectiveness testing will be a core component of the role
  • Ensuring the sustainability of management of non-financial risk will be a core component of the role

Your future colleagues

The FRCO Treasury team is a dynamic team comprised of Operational Risk & Control experts located in London, UK and Pune, India. The FRCO team interfaces with the functional Treasury team and other firmwide stakeholders. The FRCO Treasury Execution role will collaborate with the functional Treasury Execution team. Your skills and experience

The role will be multi-disciplinary across core operational risk and controls principles:

  • Ideally you will have proven experience in Treasury Execution (or Investment Bank trading) functional or operational risk & control
  • The role requires a strong operational risk & control mind-set
  • Proven experience of working with functional Policy, Framework, Roles & Responsibilities, Governance and Controls
  • External Audit or Internal Audit experience would be advantageous
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
