Who we are looking for

The purpose of this role is to provide oversight for the operations teams that support Corporate Action and Income functions for our various investment management services (middle office) clients. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational escalation and support for those teams as well as ensuring governance and controls are adhered to within the IMS Oversight team. Work closely with other IMS teams, locally and globally, to provide a high level of service to our clients. Understand and implementing a risk adverse environment including controls and governance is met to the highest standards. This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

What you will be responsible for

As Oversight Officer you will

  • Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly governance and controls for the Oversight functions are completed
  • Support the outsourced service providers in the daily BAU queries and escalations
  • Coordinate the resolution of queries with various teams such as client service, performance, pricing and the Global Corporate Actions Centre of Excellence Team.
  • Provide support and feedback for Corporate Action and Income related queries for our clients
  • Involved in onboarding new clients and ensure our operations teams are supported to ensure readiness.
  • Support other internal teams as required to maintain high customer service levels
  • Follow all escalation processes to ensure management are aware of any issues
