Description
- Manage a growing team of 2 reports and reporting into the CFO
- Business partnering Divisional heads and the Board of Directors
- Run the company's budget, forecasting and planning cycles
- Prepare and review the interim and year end financial reports
- Responsible for the PLC accounting and reporting
- Oversee the company's tax planning working with advisors
- Lead on the company audit
- Work with the CFO on special projects
- Professionalise the finance team introducing best practice and improved finance systems
Profile
- ACA qualified with Audit or Transaction Services background (valuations preferred)
- Experience with PLC reporting preferable
- Ability to work within an entrepreneurial environment
