Credit Control Supervisor responsibilities include:

  • The Credit Control Supervisor will be managing and motivating their team-

    • Conduct annual review / performance and development meeting
    • Provide month end reports
    • Measure team performance against company core values
    • Ensure debt is chased timely
    • Ensure efficient and professional customer service
