- Business Analyst in LoB (Line of Business) be able to assist in information collection and data management, develop periodical reports through a variety of data sources, coordinate closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance team and group Data-solution team to conduct business objectives analysis, offer concrete action proposal and follow up in a timely manner with stakeholders to ensure execution

Description
- Extract raw data from a variety of data sources (i.e. ERP, BI, etc.) and provide regular reporting / dashboards in a timely manner to track sales performance, monitor utilization at end users and determine key commercial drivers
- Assist in information collection from distributors and end users, data consolidation / management and process streamline
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing and Finance team to provide business insights, assess implications of business impact, highlight potential areas of concerns and opportunities and propose action plan to meet commitment / mitigate gap
- Support channel on strategical / analytical ad-hoc requirements
- Ad hoc tasks assigned from line manager
Profile
- Accurate and timely reporting
- Insightful analysis and appropriate action-driven recommendations
- Solid knowledge of finance & controlling process
- 5 years' experience as a minimum in a relevant field (Retail / FMCG)
- Big 4 experience is a plus
- Customer centric
- Logic thinking and strong sense of numerals
- Dealing with ambiguity
- Analytical skills and business senses
- Excel/PPT skills and BI experience
- Bachelor degree or above
- Extensive experiences / skills on BI platform / ERP and other advanced reporting tools (i.e. Tableau, IBM Cognos add-ins)
- Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Excellent analytical thinking in gap analysis under changing environment
- Hands-on and able to work without continual guidance
- Self-motivated, teamwork spirit, proactive initiator and confident to lead project
