Permanent opportunity for a Part Time Bookkeeper with Xero experience to join a growing business in Bath. £30,000 - £35,000 pro rata (3 days per week)

Client Details

Our client is a growing business based in Bath (10 minute walk from Bath Spa station). They are currently recruiting for a Part Time Bookkeeper with excellent Xero knowledge to work 3 days per week.

This role can be done remotely but you will need to be within a commutable distance of the office.

Description

The Part Time Bookkeeper will be responsible for;

  • Sending invoices and statements to clients each month
  • Posting PO's on Xero
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Assist in the preparation of month end management accounts
  • Quarterly VAT returns
  • Credit Control
  • Liaising with the external accountant regarding Payroll
  • Supplier payments
  • Using Xero Projects

Profile

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role and must have Xero experience. An accountancy qualification is not essential.

Job Offer

A salary of between £30,000 - £35,000 is on offer to the successful candidate as well as a flexible working pattern.
