Who we are looking for

Individual contributor with experience in Fund Accounting and Expense Manager who wants to be a part of EMEA Transformation. In this role you will be responsible for Expense Change Management process working closely as a process coordinator not only with internal departments, but also with clients.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

As a member of Expense Change Management Team you will:

  • Manage expense related change requests that may include: budget change, model change, or fund events such as launch or termination
  • Take ownership of expense set up for new clients and new processes
  • Establish and maintain communication with internal and external clients
  • Set up and govern the documentation and reporting related to expense set up and change requests
  • Oversight the work of internal centers of excellence and coordinate completion of events/requests
  • Have an independent technical role, ensure alignment with the standard operating model and usage of core technology
  • Review client documentation such as: prospectus, client budget, fee schedule, procedures, controls or other fee documentation to ensure correctness of set up
  • Conduct expense errors analysis to manage operational risk and ensure effectively designed and well-controlled operating environment
  • Ensure timely resolution of queries and effective escalation of issues and risks
  • Take responsibility for continuous development, keeping knowledge current and relevant

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years working experience in Fund Accounting
  • Expertise in Expense Manager
  • Experience with project management methodology and Client Communication
  • Other Beacon Tools proficiency would be an asset
  • At least Bachelor’s degree educations, finance related studies are preferred
  • Solid knowledge about the industry
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office tools including Word and Excel
  • Fluent English language skills
