Your field of responsibility

You are having an attractive role in the Finance Business Partner Support BAs team within the Swiss Bank Finance organization, in which you work closely with senior stakeholders on financial and controlling aspects of SB Products & Strategy, COO, Finance, Chief of Staff, CS (Schweiz) AG BoD, Marketing, as well as the Young Talents and Campus programs.

You will cover all monthly and annual controlling aspects, such as budgeting, forecasting and reporting including financial reporting and perform cost analyses. You will support the areas covered in adhering to their budgets. You are responsible for ad-hoc requests of our stakeholders as well as preparing presentations and analyses for the senior management. You are contributing to or running end-to-end projects and special topics such as cross-divisional /cross legal entity transfers, efficiency projects and reviewing service keys. You will coordinate with various stakeholders within the Swiss Bank but also other divisions and the Group.

Your skills and experience

  • You have an university degree in finance, economics, or business administration
  • You have a successful track record of working in the financial services industry (preferably in controlling/accounting) and ideally have some project management expertise
  • You show a proactive, solution oriented, and service driven approach paired with strong analytical capabilities
  • You are a team player with a positive personality and can-do attitude
  • You show experience in working with demanding partners, addressing their needs and building lasting partnerships
  • You are fully operations with Excel and bring along good PowerPoint skills
  • You possess good verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a strong plus)
