Marks Sattin are delighted to be working in partnership with a thriving marketing company based in Basingstoke. They are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable clerk to join their growing team. This is a contract (3-6 months) full-time position and hybrid working is already being supported in the workplace.

Key Responsibilites include but are not limited to:
- Managing and processing invoices from 3 key European countries.
- Accurately log invoices to the correct company supplier then distribute invoices within two days of receipt to the correct initiator.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers by communicating regularly, including distributing remittance advices immediately following payment.
- Reconcile supplier statements regularly and at as required by the Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Knowledge of SAP or a similiar system.
- Experience of working in a similiar fast-paced environment.
