Assist critical business decisions analysis. Data collection and analyze. Propose recommendations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics tracking. Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.

Report on sales performance and prepare for regular HOD reviews. Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement. Work closely with the accounting team and sales team to ensure accurate financial records.

Evaluate sales performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans target or forecast. Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures. Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.

Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and excel dashboards. Increase productivity by developing automated reporting by using power BI. Perform market research, data mining and business intelligence.

Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecast and models. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, familiarity with data query / data management tools is extremely helpful. Business process risk management.

Report on breakeven points by products or investment. Support ad-hoc request from superior. REQUIREMENT

Academic??????? : Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economic or statistics. Eg: ACCA or CIMA. Skills?????????????? : Must be well with Microsoft Excel applications.

Experience????? : At least 3-5 years pf business finance or other relevant experience. Competency??? : Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills. Comfort dealing with ambiguity and ability to work independently.

Strong financial modelling experience.
