AP Accountant (Central)

The successful incumbent will be reporting to the Finance Manager, and providing support in AP duties. Please refer to job description for more information.

Client Details

Our client is a global quantitative asset management firm with more than 600 employees globally.

Description

• Review and process employees expense claims
• Provide guidelines and advice on employees' claims queries
• Perform daily bank reconciliation and weekly aging AP
• Work closely with Finance head office and answer queries, if any
• Assist in month-end closing process, including preparing of ad-hoc journals
• Provide support in preparation of monthly management reports
• Review monthly payroll, including tax clearance for foreign employees and annual tax returns
• Review GST submission
• Assist in reviewing of financial reports and conduct analysis for office locations across SEA

Profile

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel
• Meticulous, detailed oriented and well-organized
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
