Ashberry Recruitment are looking for a Trainee Paraplanner (Graduate Scheme) for our well-respected client in Burnley.
Our clients graduate programme is a bespoke programme under which you will be directed and supported through the key areas of our business. You will progress from the front of office all the way through to highly skilled and technical roles, learning the ins and outs as a valued member of our team.
Ashberry Recruitment are looking to recruit only the highest calibre of candidates to become Senior Paraplanners after 3 years, with the potential to become an Adviser after a further 2 years.
As part of the programme you will be sitting and studying for your Diploma and then Chartered exams through the CII.
Our client will support you through these exams and provide you with the relevant study material, however the onus is on you to ensure their timely your salary. We expect that you will be halfway to Diploma qualified after 18 months and Diploma qualified by the end of year three.
At this point you will have the option to continue your career as a Paraplanner or become a Trainee Adviser, whilst working towards your Chartered Qualifications.
Must have obtained a Degree of at least 2:1 or above.
Salary/Progression Plan
* Starting salary: £18,000
* After successful year one completion: £20,000
* After successful year two completion: £22,000
* After successful year three completion: £25,000
* After successful year four completion: £27,500+
* After successful year five completion: £30,000
