The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- A relevant tax qualification such as ATT or CTA
- Demonstrable background of managing their own large portfolio of personal tax clients
- Experience in the preparation of self assessment tax returns, CGT returns, Let Property Campaign disclosures, tax investigations, and the provision of one-off consultancy advice
- Experienced with property tax
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Proficiency with TaxCalc and Microsoft Office
- A commitment to a long-term career
- At least 10 years relevant experience
- An understanding that there needs to be flexibility to overtime during our busier periods.
- A full, clean, driving licence, and access to their own vehicle.
- A suitable home office to work in.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Management of a portfolio of personal tax clients
- Preparation of self assessment tax returns, CGT returns, Let Property Campaign disclosures, tax investigations, and the provision of one-off consultancy advice
- Liaising with new clients as required
- Identifying tax saving opportunities for clients.
- Liaising and meeting with existing clients and dealing with queries.
