We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a globally successful business located near Solihull. Our client is a leading provider within their sector and are looking to grow and strengthen their finance team with a brand new position. To be successful, you will need to be able to demonstrate confidence with communicating with the wider management and helping to drive the company's overall strategic direction.
As the Assistant Management Accountant you will support with monthly management accounts, assist with the P&L and provide timely, accurate financial information. A key focus will be on month-end process, preparation of accurate monthly management accounts and taking ownership of all reconciliations whilst giving support to other team members when required.

Ideally, You Will Have:
- Be a confident communicator and have the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders whilst demonstrating a high level of comfort
- Currently studying CIMA/ACCA/ACA with the intention and ambition to progress and complete your studies in the near future
- Ability to work collaboratively, prioritise workloads, stay highly motivated and able to use your own initiative
- Have a strong analytical mind set with advanced Excel skills and previous experience with utilising financial systems
