REED have partnered with a global Manufacturing firm based in Poole, recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant to work alongside a team of 5 and the Management Accountant. Our client is expanding globally with satellite offices in Italy and Germany. Based in Poole, they have approximately 70 employees, free on site parking a flexible and 'Hybrid' working model for all staff and a generous Holiday allowance (24 days + Bank Holidays).
My client is looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join the finance team. Assistant Management Accountant Full Time: 8.30am - 5pm or 9am - 5.30pm Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience) Hybrid working (ie 3 days in the office, 2 days Home Working) Free On Site Parking Duties include:

My client is looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join the finance team. - Daily reporting and compilation of Weekly and Monthly management reports
- Assisting with the weekly cashflow forecast
- Payroll responsibilities
- Month end reconciliations and control of balance sheet accounts
- Assist with delivery of monthly management accounts Ad hoc analysis
- Manage the credit card expenses
Requirements:
- Part qualified CIMA, ACA, ACCA
- MAAT Qualification or studying towards (ie AAT Level 3/4 minimum)
- Experience of accounting and Management Accounts
- Excellent and highly proficient Excel Skills
- Proactive, self-driven and customer oriented A good team player
- Excellent attention to detail Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
