Marks Sattin are delighted to recruiting a Group Financial Controller for a Leeds based PE backed organisation who are rapidly growing and acquiring.
Responsibilities will include:
This opportunity is ideally suited to an ACA qualified (or equivalent) Accountant with strong technical skills and IFRS experience.
Responsibilities will include:
- Run the month end and year end close
- Consolidation and reporting process, liaising with the Board and PE House
- Improve processes and financial controls
- Report financial information in order to meet monthly reporting at group level
- Consolidation and reporting of budgets and forecasts
- Lead and manage statuary accounts preparation
- IFRS technical accounting including revenue recognition impairment reviews, lease accounting and share based payments
- Co-ordinate annual audit and support Group FD in maintaining audit relationship
- Integration of current and future acquisitions
- Managing and supporting a team, including assisting with their on-going development
