ne of Australia's leading event agencies is is seeking a part-time (4 days per week) Bookkeeper/Office Manager to manage the everyday bookkeeping, payroll and office administration duties.
4 days per week $80k per annum pro rata

The Role
To be considered for this role you will need to have the following skills and attributes:
Understanding of Xero Accounting Software.
Experience with all ATO compliance including BAS, Superannuation and Payroll.
Confidence in managing all office administration duties to ensure the office runs
smoothly.
Bright, energetic personality with great communications skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent time management skills with an aptitude for managing multiple stakeholders and conflicting deadlines.
Must be an independent, self-starter
Hands-on, 'can do' attitude towards all tasks
Duties include
Must be proficient in Xero
All ATO compliance include Quarterly BAS, Monthly PAYG, Superannuation, and EOFY Reporting.
Experience working overseas (NZ) a bonus
Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Management of Petty Cash, Credit Card Statements and daily reconciliations.
Monthly payroll.Reconciliation of Events budgets & management of the Overheads Budget.
Management of office infrastructure suppliers eg Internet, Phones, IT, Staff Amenities etc.
EA support for the Company Director.
Supporting company requests in relation to HR, Workers Comp, Insurance, etc.
