We're looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst with direct experience in API driven mobile applications, to help us grow our product offering. You will be responsible for capturing the product vision from business stakeholders, through to articulating the enhancements required and corresponding business benefit. You will help define the requirements, own the process of defining and detailing user stories, using flow diagrams and creating relevant business process maps. You will work with sales & solutions, compliance, legal as well as external partners to fully flush out the user stories.

Here's what you'll focus on:

  • Driving and defining comprehensive documentation including user stores, process maps and flow diagrams.
  • Managing user acceptance testing including authoring test cases, executing the test cycle, coordinating testing with business users, and test execution status reporting.
  • Establishing effective working relationships with key stakeholders like legal, compliance, sales & solutions, implementation, and external partners.
  • Analysis, preparation, and management of product enhancements that affect the corresponding features/modules.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams across disciplines such as product, engineering, design, success, and support.
  • Creating and updating product documentation (both for internal and external use).
  • Providing project management and business analysis support in an agile development environment.
  • Analysing trends through deep dive into product data to answer critical business and product questions.
  • Working with QA team to define and manage testing suite.
  • Assisting with communication and launch plan of developed and/or enhanced products.
  • Supporting other teams to help drive adoption and use of products.
  • Provide design direction, to development personnel, and reviewing the design and specifications for changes that affect their respective modules.
  • Working closely with sales and marketing teams, develop and/or refine customer value propositions and competitive positioning for key product solutions.

Our ideal person:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems or related field.
  • Demonstrated 4-5 years' experience in a mobile app environment as a BA.
  • Deep practical knowledge of business analysis tools including JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience in LEAN Agile, Agile Scrum, Agile Software Development.
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with initiative and ability to work without supervision and assume responsibility for completion of multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and decision-making capabilities.
  • A collaborator, critical thinker, and problem solver.
  • Property Management industry experience is desirable.
