HPE is looking for a motivated and energetic Intern Finance Associate to join the exciting Finance team to provide inputs, ideas and improvements to our Compute Finance organization. The role supports the processes and teams in WW Compute Finance. We are responsible for delivering, analyzing and providing business insight and analytics for the Compute Segment P&L and KPIs.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform data extraction and analyze data. Have a conclusion and an opinion what the data says.
  • Provide analytical support to business initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain and automate processes and Excel models.
  • Establish relationships with business partners outside of our Compute Finance unit to ensure financial analysis needs are met.
  • Develop an understanding of the company's financial processes and working knowledge of the business.
Education and Experience Required:
  • 1-2 semesters left of College in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Accounting or similar Degree.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Basic understanding of finance and accounting processes.
  • Good analytical skills and detailed oriented.
  • Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, SQL desirable).
  • Self-motivated and business curious.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
College/University Graduate hires (within 12 months of graduation per the company's definition) undergoing a specific training and development path within the EMEA Graduate Program.

Responsibilities:
Four-year university students who are working in a non-technical internship role during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters.

Education and Experience Required:
High School Degree 4th Year of University completed--typically a non- technical degree specialization.
